Who we're looking for

We're looking for an extraordinary male or female lead vocalist and guitarist to help us write the next chapter of our musical journey as a classic rock band. If you've got the right combination of musicianship, experience, personal drive, reliability, and insatiable desire to have fun while providing high-energy entertainment, apply now!

What's the band like?

We're passionate about music and performing. For over a decade and over 400 shows, our fans have experienced no-compromise rock shows with the widest range of timeless classic rock. We're no-drama, hard working musicians who take our craft seriously while always focusing on having fun. We're hard-wired and driven to make music and entertain, learn new songs and experiment, and interract with our crowd. We love that we get paid, but making music is what drives us. We're great friends that have each others backs and laugh off mistakes the audience never notices. If that describes you, apply below.

What about Jill?

Jill is dedicating her incredible musical talent to writing and performing Christian music as a witness to her faith. We support her conviction to follow her calling. After over a decade of working together, we know she will be successful. Her bittersweet departure has created a unique opportunity for the right person. If you think you've got what it takes, apply below!

Meet the members

Tony sings & plays keys (Nord Stage 4 & Hammond Xk1c), Greg is on drums (1988 Yamaha Recording Custom), Jeff plays bass (4 & 5 string Music Man). We've been playing music our whole lives, and would love to share our journeys with you during your audition!

How do you choose songs?

We play songs everyone knows but not everyone plays: rock anthems, blues, classic rock and crowd favorites. We know hundreds of songs, and will be happy to add your favorites. We learn a new song, gig it, and see if it resonates. Ultimately, our fans decide if a song is a keeper.

How often do you gig?

We typically perform three times per month on Saturday (or Friday) nights. Our average crowd is 200-400, though we're always looking for opportunities to perform for bigger crowds or open for a major act. We all work hard and split the pay equally. We cover Badin Lake, Charlotte, Clemmons, Concord, Corneilus, Matthews, Mint Hill, Mooresville, Newton, and Winston Salem.

What about rehearsal?

We practice one weeknight per week on a home-stage with dedicated PA setup. We show-up prepared and start playing - no set-up required. Beer is on tap. Rehearsals are fun and we look forward to them. Rehearsals are in Heron Bay on Badin Lake and are not paid.

What about equipment?

We have everything needed to put on a rock concert at virtually any venue: Midas, QSC, JBL, Shure wireless in-ear monitors, lights and a dedicated trailer to haul it all... We arrive 2 hours before show time, everyone helps load-in and set-up, and sound check takes less than 5 minutes. We always start on time and deliver a professional concert experience. We care about quality.

What's the new band called?

Great question! We're waiting for you to join us and have a say in our new name, brand, and image.
